Looking for a roommate
Hi, Thanks for stopping by. I am looking for a roommate who will be sharing a sweet spot in Astoria. I will describe the place, myself, and my ideal roommate. Move-in Date : Anytime after Oct 1st Length of Stay: The longer the better Rent: $950 a month + utility/internet (usually, elec bill comes out to be $40 avg and the internet bill $75. We will share the cost.) Location : It is right in the middle of two stations, Broadway and 36th ave. It takes 5 minutes to both stations. You could occasionally hear the train if the window is open. The apartment is located on a quiet street. Building: We do have an amazing combination of Elevator/Laundry+Dryer Room/Live-in Super all in the building. Cats are welcome. Sorry no dogs.
